State Executive Committee
The State Executive Committee oversees KELTA operations across all 14 districts. Led by the State President with support from Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Treasurer.
District Committees
Each of the 14 districts has its own elected committee responsible for local governance, member welfare, coordination with the State committee, and grassroots organizing.
Special Committees
KELTA has dedicated committees for Welfare, Audit, Discipline, Election, and other special functions to ensure transparent governance and comprehensive member support.
Membership Base
Technical Assistants from all 14 districts of Kerala form the membership base. Members actively participate in local body technical operations and association activities.
Democratic Governance
KELTA follows a democratic governance structure with regular elections at both State and District levels. All office bearers are elected by the members, ensuring transparency and accountability in the association's operations.
