Kerala Local Body Technical Assistants Association (KELTA) is a registered organization under The Kerala Societies Registration Act (Reg. No. KKD/240/2026). The KELTA digital platform is the official online portal for members of the association to manage their membership, access services, and stay connected.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the KELTA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
3. Use of the Platform
The KELTA platform is designed for members of the Kerala Local Body Technical Assistants Association to manage their membership, access services, and stay connected with the organization. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
4. Membership
Membership on the KELTA platform is subject to verification and approval by the respective district or state administration. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their profiles.
5. Payments
All payments made through the platform, including membership fees and other charges, are processed through integrated payment gateways. KELTA is not responsible for payment gateway failures or discrepancies. Refund requests must be submitted through the platform and are subject to approval by the administration.
6. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Limitation of Liability
KELTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

KELTA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
